Cabot Corporation: Cabot is a modern-day case study for the long-term return on investment (ROI) expected from well-being programs that focus on preventive health, getting the voice of customer, and addressing barriers to engaging in health.

Citizens: In support of organizational DEI strategic intentions, the Benefits Team conducted a multi-faceted inclusivity audit of benefits, programs, and policies to better understand how these tools support each unique colleague journey.

CVS Health®: As an extension of their successful, now five-year-old Stamp Out Stigma initiative, CVS Health® launched an ongoing Faces of Mental Health campaign in May 2022 to help further change the image of mental health among their colleagues.

Hebrew SeniorLife (HSL): HSL has a comprehensive well-being program (LiveWELL), but where HSL thrives is in their ingenuity, as seen this past year when HSL developed a Food Insecurity Program for its population – an acknowledgment and recognition that not all of HSL’s employees identify as food secure.

Liberty Mutual Insurance: Through a partnership with our seven employee resource groups (ERG), Liberty Mutual expanded awareness of their benefits and identified new programs to support the unique needs of their communities.

GBH: GBH’s implementation of The Future of You Accelerator Workshop resulted in a significant 50% increase in retirement readiness for participants while also providing the organization with a mechanism for managing planful transitions for long-tenured employees with years of institutional knowledge.

ZOLL Medical Corporation: The ZOLL Benefits Department's presence at the Annual Sales Meeting provided the unique opportunity for engaging a population that is notoriously difficult to reach, which resulted in a 1,264% increase in on-site biometric screenings compared to the year before.
